Thoughts for Today

Thoughts for Today
I can not believe how fast the days are going by. Today is Sunday already and I have not blogged since telling about my visit to Chu Vision Institute on the 16th. Sorry about that. So much I want to share today. The weather is so cold that FiFi doesn’t even want to be outside. I was to go to the Peters home in Faribault this afternoon to celebrate Julies birthday but woke up with a sore throat and ear ache of all things. Certainly do not want to pass that around. So here I am. Have read the Star and Tribune, worked on crossword puzzle which I thouroughly enjoy doing and reading and printing more pages to the SEOBOOK. The Success pac I ordered from Growth Pro should be here tomorrow so will be able to start passing out my sizzle cards. I have about twenty leads to call on tomorrow. Excited to get started.
Have to share with you a great spiritual experience I had on Thursday evening of last week. I went to my Small Group meeting at my friend Pats home. Deanna, Lois and Harold along with Pat and I listened to some wonderful music in the backround and prayed ever so boldly to God to use his power to heal our friends Jean, Bob Paul and Ruthie who are suffering from cancer and other health crisis. Also the Olson children who are grieving the loss of there earthly father. One could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.
U.S. figure skating championships begin today at the St. Paul Xcel Energy Center. This mornings paper had quite a write-up about a young girl from Woodbury that will be interesting to watch. Her name is Samiera Abou-Nasr. She moved here from Omaha, Nebraska to be coached by Tom Incantalupo who had coached her in Omaha and because of his move to Minnesota, he convinced Samiera’s parents to move to St. Paul so he could coach her. Sounds like all the hard work from coach and student has paid off. Samiera will be skating with the best of them this week. I look forward to watching her. Figure skating is one of my favorite sports to watch. Always thought I would become a great skater when I was a young girl but that dream was never to happen.
I have a number I would like you to dial up and listen to the message. 1-866-611-1272
